   I come here quite often and it never disappoints! Service is fast, workers are nice and the quality is pretty good. I’ve never had a bad experience here so it is interesting seeing other peoples reviews.

   Twice I’ve ordered DoorDash from here and asked if they can make a fresh roll because I’m pregnant and both time they’ve sent cold sushi that’s been sitting out all day. If you order in store they’ll make you a fresh roll and their website encourages you to ask if you’re pregnant but if you order on DoorDash they don’t care about customer safety and will lazily send you something that’s been sitting out all day. Just a huge waste of money and food because I’ve had to throw it straight in the bin. Called the store and the manager tried to lie and say it was made fresh and it should be warm - this is a dangerous lie.

   I’ve been ordering from St Pierce Onehunga every week for our office, but I’m really frustrated with their system. More than once, I’ve requested No Rice for the Bento Bowls, but every time I pick up the order, it includes rice, despite my specifications. Today, it was the same issue. I specifically ordered the Salmon Bento without rice and paid for the extra salad. After sending the order to checkout, I went back into the order to select No Sauce for that specific item. But when I did that, the No Rice option was deleted automatically by the system without any notification or warning. There’s nothing to indicate that changes would be lost when editing an order. When I arrived to pick up the food, I received a Bento with rice, which I can’t eat for dietary reasons. I couldn’t even have my lunch, and it ended up being a complete waste of money. This is a huge issue, especially since our office is really busy and we don’t have time to keep checking if the system is properly saving our selections. St Pierce, please fix your ordering system until then, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. They have messed up our orders multiple times over the last few years. We will not buy here anymore. DO NOT BUY HERE if you want an accurate order and hassle-free experience.

   the sushi looks and tastes foul it’s not fresh I ate one piece and won’t be back here. It’s a shame because St Pierre’s at other locations are really good however these guys just give you yesterday’s sushi through the window in a bag where as at other locations they only present fresh sushi and you select the one you want.

   Went through the drive thru Monday 12th June and ordered chicken ketsu for my wife and I. Not only was it massively over priced, but to add insult to misery, we both are now suffering with severe food poisoning. Good one St Pierre's, won't ever go there again! ( Would have given no star if there was a facility for it) Al and Briar Fitz

   Been there a few times but last time we went was 7pm and the door was locked even though the hours show open until 8pm. Decent food but prices rises recently make you think twice. Tried the Katsu burger and the picture on the menu suggests it's two bits of chicken with salad and dressing but in reality it's one bit cut in half. Value here had really gone down hill

   First time getting drivethru sushi, or bento bowl in my case. I arrived just before lunchtime on a week day and no one in queue. Staff were friendly and my meal was ready by the time I reached the window. I thought that my meal may have compromised quality due to being so quick but was piping hot and delicious. Highly recommend.

   Great location and they do drive through. Staff is fast at making sushi on request. Bento choices are nice. Fried spicy chicken was a a bit dry. Busy during lunch time. Toilet is clean, well maintained.
