Really lovely owners, efficient service (arrived at 12am and had no problems with entering the building), clean, comfortable and close to the airport - 7 minutes by car, 10 minutes by bus. Bus stop is 200m away, around the corner. Great value for the budget-conscious traveller.
Been there for a night before the flight. They have a shuttle for 35$. Very familiar vibe, the owners are very nice.
Good location near the airport, we arrived at night and they received us well and very friendly. The bad thing was that 11:30 at night and children crying and noises, if you are looking for a place to rest and quiet it is not here, but it is very close to the airport and that suited us. everything else super good.

Clean, comfortable rooms and living spaces! Has everything you need! Also very close to transit so can get to CBD or anywhere on the train very easily!

We loved our stay at the Mini Homestay. It was our family's (2 adults & 2 children) home for 17 days. Our Hosts Tracey and Lin were very helpful and knowledge. They went out of there way to help us get settled in NZ. Tracey even gave us proof of address so we could open bank accounts etc. Her home stay is conveniently located close to the bus stop which takes you to the mall or CBD. Her homestay is clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this awesome home stay to all my friends!
