As a customer, I found my visit to KFC to be smooth and convenient. The team members were polite and helpful, making the ordering process easy. My food was served promptly and was well prepared. The overall atmosphere was comfortable, and I felt satisfied with both the service and quality. I would consider returning to KFC in the future.
One of the bottom two worst KFC’s in the Wellington region. Never usually leave bad reviews but you consistently get a negative experience each time you come to this KFC. Missing multiple items from order, bad service, rude drive thru. It all seems downstream from poor management, the staff that are actually trying seem used and overwhelmed
I was very disappointed with the customer service when I arrived at the window to make payment and collect my order. There was no greeting from the staff member (Geetu), which felt unprofessional. I had also requested Supercharge sauce with my burgers, but it was not added. I then had to go inside again to ask for it, which was a total waste of time. Staff should greet customers, take orders correctly, and serve with basic manners.
I walked into kfc today and ordered a lunch box. The person who served me had very great customer service. I received my order very fast and everything was packed correctly and it tasted very good and fresh
This was the second time I’d been here. The first time i was surprised at how slow it was but it was a lunch time. This time it was 10am, empty but still had a 15-20 min wait for a small meal. One other customer after me, in store. I get it, they were not long open but still they were servicing drive through quick enough. The place was also a mess. All the table surfaces were grubby and the toilets gross, as if it hadn’t been touched from the night before. There is something wrong here at a management level. The food was borderline passable. Chips not seasoned and over cooked. The chicken was pretty oiley and the temperature of the sun.
Very long waits during weekends. Best to avoid on Saturday nights too many waiting for orders to be fulfilled. Need another KFC in Lower Hutt. Just too busy and up to 1 hour wait in cue.
Very slow drive thru. Check bag before leaving. Order was missing food items, no utensils or serviettes and cold chips which you would think would be hot and fresh with the amount of people ordering.
The day I bought a family pack, this time it was freshly cooked and hot. The fries were also hot and crisp. The drive thru attendant was polite, friendly and we didn't wait long for our order.
The Lower Hutt store always has a long queue at the drive-through. However, we were surprised it was a short one tonight. The food was delicious, chicken tasty, and the coleslaw was well done. I had a relative comment that it's better than the food in the Porirua store. We all enjoyed it. Customer service was good.
