   We had an appointment at 4:30pm and arrived at 4:35 after a 4h drive from Egmont (we took a wrong exit in Wellington). The mechanic was gone to deal with "another job" (what we were told) when we arrived. They also told us the broken grey water pipe would be a 2h job and they wouldn't have enough time to do it that day anyway. Why make that appointment, I wonder. Another mechanic did it in 1h the next day. Unfortunate waste of time on a very long road trip.

   Well. They weren't there in the morning, with the shop door saying open and the shop hours displayed confirming that they should be there... No where to leave your vehicle confidently. Stray dogs urinates on the cars left in the carpark. And never have they called me wondering where I am for my appointment. So they no touch my car! I find much better place not far from them and closer to work so I came off good not going there.
