   Don't buy anything from this store other than prescriptions. Was there to buy kids sunblock, no price stickers on the shelf but charged me $26 for a 65ml sunblock, usually $12-15 in other retail shops and supermarkets. Yeah I was an idiot at that moment, didn't ask just paid straight forward. I might look like a tourist? Hopefully the shop owner can read this review and I would like to know what your standard is for retail pricing? Double the price for people look like tourists?

   Hi team, today I have unexpectedly received outstanding customer service from Nancy Nasef, I was only in here for my mother’s prescription. Nancy went out of her way to get me a discount as the Southern Cross membership did not offer any specialist benefits for my visit today, Nancy is very professional and empathetic. Please give her a decent pay rise, she deserves it, thank you A+ 10/10!

   Lovely customer service and a nice store with a bit of everything. They wanted $40 for an OTC medicine I usually buy for between $15 and $18. I expected an up charge as it's local. Keeping in mind that my usual price is from either Costco or Chemist Warehouse, but 166% more expensive is just crazy. I didn't buy from here as a result. Devonport Health Centre Pharmacy a mere 3min walk away sold the exact same thing for $25. Still a bit pricy compared to normal but an acceptable up charge for buying local. Could be a one off as it's not something people often buy without a prescription, but be mindful.

   Normal pharmacy but packed with everything! Seems slightly cheaper than others in the area too. Staff were friendly, attentive and efficient. They called to remind me about my repeat script, which was a nice. Local doctor sent script over while I was in his office, so very little wait time when I got there! Plenty of parking with New World and others.

   This has been my local pharmacy for a decade, and they have gone above and beyond on numerous occasions, once even delivering pain meds when I was disabled from surgery. This month my long-term medication is completely out-of-stock in NZ, and the owner has been such a great advocate for me, making repeated calls and e-mails to the supplier and finally obtaining it for me. I am SO appreciative of their kindness and service.

   Lovely staff who are always professional, efficient and sympathetic. Even with heightened demand due to COVID-19 tests and vaccines on top of their usual services, staff are always calm & polite which suggests great management. They never seem to be understaffed, so even on a busy day I’m in and out in 5 minutes.
