    I purchased items at Health 2000 in Queensgate yesterday - staff error instead of charging it via Queensgate gift card and minimal amount of excess to my debit card. To my dismay the whole amount was charged to my debit card. I called at least 4x to sort out this transaction. Hence i was promised by the staff i will get a call from the manager the following day. I never receive a call from them so ring them but eventually i was answered arrogantly. No word of apologies!
