   Instagram: 2Fish1Chip Order: Warehou & Tarakihi fillet and a scoop of chips. Cost: $23.97 Unfortunately this was not a great experience at all. The batter on both fillets was terrible. No golden hue, soft on outside, undercooked on the inside and a thick batter. I ended up opening the fish and eating just the fillet. The fillets were thin but tasty, however in this instance, the batter was too big a deficit to over come. The chips were good at least of the average portion. Super disappointing, so that’s 4 thumbs down from me.

   Been going here since I was a child and despite being out of town for a few years the lady behind the counter still remembers me. Food is excellent. They don’t only do fish and chips- western style “Chinese” food as well. I’m aware it’s probably not authentic but it is tasty. I always order chicken fried rice with cashew nuts and sweet and sour pork. Really tasty.

   Fish was small. Chips was a mixture of new and burnt ones, probs re-fried leftovers during the day, as I ordered at night time. Not going back.

   Fish was small but good same old chips since way back can't beat homemade chips.egg Fu young was pretty basic no vegetables wat so ever pretty average really.ill just stick with fish and chips from here.always been good customer service here.
