   Extremely Disappointed – Burnt Food & No Accountability I ordered two burgers from this place yesterday, and I was honestly shocked at the quality. Both burgers were burnt black—completely inedible and bitter. How can you serve food like that and still charge full price? For a place that sells $15 burgers, the least you expect is that they’re properly cooked. To make matters worse, I tried calling multiple times for over half an hour, and no one picked up. Eventually, I went to the store to place my order in person, and even then I asked the staff why they weren’t answering calls. I was told they were “busy,” but I saw the person just on their phone—not even attempting to check or respond. I also tried calling again the next day to give feedback, and again, no response. No call back, no apology. This was a terrible experience—not just with the food, but the complete lack of service and accountability. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this needed to be said. Can the owner please share a direct contact number or email address so I can raise this with them personally? I really hope this is taken seriously and not ignored like the calls.

   Update: I've ordered through the online ordering system, and multiple times when using customer loyalty points accumulated by previous orders, I've noticed every single time the "fried" chicken has substantially less batter or no batter at all. In all honesty this seems very petty to treat customers using "loyalty" points to give them something different from what is usually ordered. If you dislike the loyalty point system so much please remove it, I would rather consistent quality in orders, rather than a "discount" to then be disappointed by the result. 1st photo is the current fried chicken, and 2nd photo is the ones bought without using loyalty points. OLD REVIEW: This place does amazing Korean style fried chicken! Well worth the visit if you're looking for a decent takeout place, though I do miss the curly fries.

   This has changed ownership since last reviewed chicken was hard pieces and unable to eat. No gravy. So different from original but they are using old photos. I will not be ordering from there again We ordered uber, this is our favourite place to order from. Chicken,chips and gravy. Food delicious, would recommend highly.

   There is fried chicken... Then there is this place! Such a little shop producing a wonderful menu. Their chicken is very delicious from the wings to the burgers. Oh, don't forget the curly fries! The only issue is parking is a little difficult as they are located on a corner by a roundabout. Use their app also.. Earn points. Much cheaper than using Uber to deliver

   YUM YUM YUM!!! We do love our fried chicken and were excited to see a new place opening up so close to home. We tried them for the first time last night and were left very happy! I got the chicken salad which was so good. That dressing! Yum. I'll go back just for that! I also got the classic burger coz, lets face it, the salad wasn't going to cut it on its own haha. Both were delicious. My husband had some spicy wings and the spicy burger and was completely satisfied. The staff are super friendly. They'll know me by name soon enough :) Good quality and tasty food. A nice addition to our neighbourhood.
