   I have had 3 visits in the last 2 month and had 3 wisdom teeth extracted this week. Having had one extracted 20 years ago which was a really painful experience I was apprehensive to get 3 out at one time. But Dr Rimma performed an amazing surgery. 5 days on and the pain has been far less than I expected and managed on just paracetamol. The surgery took less than 45 minutes was performed very professionally and i didnt even realize the first tooth hadbeen removed. it was very reasonably priced. Highly recommend White Cross Dental and will definitely use again. Fantastic staff and great service.

   Recently went to this dental clinic and it was an absolute disappointment. I found the reception to be very helpful, but when it came to the doctor Rimma Musina i found her to be incredibly unprofessional, unprepared, and careless with her work. During the dental work, she told me to stop ‘acting’, while making nasty remarks. Nothing about my visit made me feel like I was in capable hands — it honestly felt like she had no idea how to treat a patient with respect or how to handle someone afraid of needles. I left more stressed than when I walked in. i’m certainly never going there again and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for proper, competent care.

I've not had the best experiences with dentists in the past, thanks to Graeme I no longer dread a dental appointment. His advice is solid and I am so grateful we found him.    Fantastic experience at White Cross Dental. The team were kind, gentle, and thorough, and they went above and beyond for my partner after her wisdom tooth removal checking in on us, answering questions, and making sure recovery was on track. We felt genuinely cared for the whole way through. Couldn’t ask for better service. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

   I had an appalling experience at your dentistry practice today. I got a text yesterday saying my appointment was at a different time to the one I had booked. No one had bothered to call me about this time change. Today I arrived to a 45 minute wait. The receptionist kept telling us it would be a short wait. It was not. After a quick 10 minute consult, I was charged a whopping $75 dollars. Absolutely shocking customer service by the receptionist.

   They were quick and available on a Saturday from a last minute phone call to them that morning. The Dentist, was so helpful, my visit was comfortable and he knew what he was doing. I was quite stressed and he really helped me feel calm even with the bad news. He had to temporarily glue my tooth and told me that it will have to be extracted. Really appreciated the urgent service.

   No problem obtaining an appointment. In fact was contacted to advise there had been a cancellation and would I like to come earlier. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Dentist listened to my request. Carried out the procedure with care and thought for me as a patient/person. I was provided with clear follow up care instructions and advised should I have any concerns to contact the practice without delay. I'm changing from my current dental practice to White Cross Dental, as I felt I'd been treated more like a patient who was given thought, care and respect. Did not feel like I was treated as a number, but a person. This practice / dentist confirmed he will examine, treat and clean my teeth. Not, cause me further delays and more appointments to be arranged, to see a separate hygienist. This is not a posh Dental Clinic, it's a dental clinic that does exactly what it's intended to do. Look after your teeth, provide you with a range of dental treatments and options and make you feel comfortable and valued as a client. Parking was no issue. Appointments can be arranged at times that suit me.
