Such a great nail salon. The ladies are always so sweet and friendly and do such a amazing job on my nails. They really go for quality and make sure you leave with exactly what you want. I always make a booking and go in a few minutes early and the ladies are always happy to start when I arrive. Today I went again for my third time and got pink gel extensions with chrome and the lady who was doing my nails did such a amazing job and gave me exactly what I wanted and took great care of my natural nails and cuticles. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone as they dont rush and put the effort and time in making sure they have done a perfect job.
Li Perla’s been my go to nail salon for a few years now and each and everytime I’m blown away by their incredible customer service, and each and every staff that has done my nails has blown me away with their talent and kind nature. I unfortunately did not get the name of the lovely nail tech who did my nails today, but she removed my gel polish with ease, applied this beautiful shade of polish I asked for, and even topped it off with a nice little hand massage at the end. Thank you so much Li Perla for the amazing service as always, will be back very soon ❤️
Love coming here to get pampered! The girls here always do a great job, very friendly and attentive. I come here for my Gel X nails and they never fail to disappoint me. My nails always turn out amazing. Decided to try out their pedicure service and I was super impressed. they really take their time with massaging my feet , made me feel so relaxed I could fall asleep! Overall I highly recommend this place, wonderful relaxing vibes and top tier service.
I regularly visit Li Perla to get my nails done. I tend to go for the acrylics with gel as I'm terrible at growing my own nails. The ladies are always lovely and can accommodate most requests. I would recommend booking ahead (very easy to do online and no deposit needed) though they will squeeze you in where they can.
Poor customer handling skills, girls are totally impatient never said yes to anything as either they don't have enough products or colors. Sometimes they just do it for the sake of whatever reasons. I am not a person who expect a lot but basic knowledge missing when it comes to quality customer service.
Wonderful experience at Li Perla Salon. The staffs were very thoughtful and enthusiastic. They knew what they were doing, and I really enjoyed the designs and service there.
The facility is beyond gorgeous. It’s very modern and clean. The best nail technician I’ve ever had. She is very gentle & take the time to make sure you’re getting what you came for. They provided free coffee too! I would highly recommend anyone coming here!!
The technicians are so attentive when I had my manicure here. They take a lot of care and have attention to detail and aim to be precise. This is the first nail studio that I found that offer free coffee beverage which was delicious and such a luxurious experience. The lady was so soft and gentle throughout the process, even massaged my hand at the end. Never have I experienced such great service. I feel each customer has good quality and the technicians best work. The service is never rushed! Today I got acrylic nails and left 100% satisfied with my nails, and will definitely be going back! This is now my go to place and I highly recommend.
