   I had such a great experience at Endota! The lovely girl who took care of me was incredible. The massage was so relaxing and helped ease the tension in my shoulders amazingly. The facial was perfect, my skin has felt so good since!    Every single time I walk out the door, I feel like a completely new human being. Refreshed, relaxed, revitalised. The team at Endota Mt Eden are incredible. They're always welcoming and the environment just kind of wraps itself around you shuts out the stress and hustle of the outside world. I've made quite a few treatments and each one has renewed me. What more could anyone ask for?

   Had eyelash and eyebrow tint and shape done as well as a manicure. The tint and shaping was excellent... very happy. Nails didn't seem to be their forte... wouldn't use them again for this but would definitely use them again for the other.

   I booked for the spring facial and massage special and it did not disappoint. Tupou was so gentle and accommodating. She found all the sticky spots that have been tight for a while. Lovely warm bed and tea afterwards. Thank you team! Especially Tupou!!

   An Instagram ad had suggested Forme Spa, even though I hadnt heard of it before. I clicked through to the website to see their was many locations, and offered other payment options. I was in desperate need of a some care to my body, and had been looking to book in a massage ASAP. The website was user friendly and ended up booking in the Mt Eden location due to my preference of timing. I am so glad I did, as I was looked after the wonderful and warm Zahra for a 60min massage and was offered an add on of the Kertain Socks which were a treat! The extra touchs of the oil smells before the start of the massage, the detailing to my requests before the massage were all taken account of! I left feeling amazing, and relaxed! I cant wait to go back again! Thank you so much

   Unfortunately, my experience with Forme spa has not been the best. I had a facial treatment, a mild peel. On arrival to the spa, i was passed to the room where I would receive the treatment. Once there, the lady asked me about what type of skin I have which I said that my skin could be sensitive sometimes. NO recommendations was given and she proceed to the treatment application. During this , I noticed a burning feeling and itchiness on my cheek area. I asked if that was normal and she said: yes as far is manageable. Once I left the spa, the burning sensation intensified and I had to literally run home and rinse my face with cold water for over 5 minutes. At first, my cheeks got inflamed and blistered . I could not even applied moisturizer the first 24 because as it was terribly painful . Next day I had crust formed on both sides.. 3rd day start peeling until stop peeling around 7 days post treatment. Since then, I had been using 50 SPF on my face every morning and absolutely not exposing to the sun. On my feed back, I explained all this to what they responded: that this was a strong reaction to the treatment which is unusual but not abnormal. Then I thought, if this is not abnormal then clients should be warned before the treatment about the possible side effects or at least have a skin check before hand??? 2 months after the treatment, my skin on the cheek is hyper- pigmented and very sensitive , looking older than before . On top of that, I had had spent a lot of money in expensive anti stain facial creams and treatments to repair my skin. I just hope in the future Forme would not advertise peel treatment as a mild and casual facial and hopefully with a better accessioning/information to their clients before the treatments.

   I felt not only thoroughly scrubbed clean and massaged but nurtured and cared for after such a tough year working hard as a cafe owner. Definitely a must if you need to be taken from your usual adrenal fuelled day to day state down to earth without having to drink a bottle of wine and much better for you. I felt like id had been asleep for several days. And had to reawaken when I stumbled out into the light of day. Fantastic experience, would recommend Ester to anyone.
