   I am a fussy customer. I have been looking to replace a unique lost pearl for over a year… all of my local jewellery stores know me now from my popping by every few weeks. Balancing that feeling of connection to the jewellery with my price point was tricky and I needed a customisation too. I didn’t have much time when I was passing through Auckland but I stopped by the store on the off-chance. Connie was so efficient and helpful that she managed to solve my 1+ year problem in a very short space of time! The pearl was ordered that day and it is now around my neck! I am so happy. The customisation matches my old pearl that I lost perfectly. The customisation process was very smooth.    Yesterday, I visited Walker & Hall in Newmarket to have some old jewellery cleaned. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I was helped right away and my jewellery came away looking very polished and new. I was surprised that the service was free but very very thankful! Will definitely be back again to have other pieces cleaned and to look at all of their beautiful jewellery :)
