This place used to be good around 15 years ago, but unfortunately it is running down. The lady at the casher is very unwelcoming and has attitude. If you want to do business you have to educate yourself how to deal with people. Apart from that, it is very expensive compared to similar shops.

The food is good especially the quantities of serving but the lady needs to learn how to listen to customers. She doesn't listen to a complete sentence and acts before anything is asked. A simple order becomes a big issue with her. Happened with me several times. She is rude and inhospitable.

If youβre looking for a delicious kebab, excellent baklava, flat breads, and an amazing selection of bulk Middle Eastern food, this is your place. If youβre going to Mount Smart stadium or on the way to or from the airport, stop off here to get yourself lunch, snacks or specialty items for your pantry. The staff are warm and welcoming, and they make a great coffee!

Pita House is the OG Kebab joint nestled amongst Onehunga's commercial district. The family owned and operated business is authentic to the word, not only will they serve you the best kebab you've ever eaten, you can also stock up on all you middle eastern groceries and their inhouse Pita breads which are often still warm in the bag from coming off the conveyor belt. I Love this place, love the people & will always travel near or far if the temples screaming for a delicious meal.

The establishment is a great destination for Middle Eastern food and a variety of associated products. The staff members are delightful and provide excellent service, ensuring a pleasant experience for customers. However, it's worth noting that the overall ambiance and decor of the place feel outdated and may benefit from a more modern touch to align with contemporary preferences.

Right from the moment we walked in, we're getting the unwelcoming and eye rolling from the guy behind the counter and also the owner. The way he served us was very rude, he kept stared at us while he served the order and we didn't like the way he talk to us at all. His service at point of order very poor. We ordered lamb on rice combo and chicken samosa. Would not recommend the rice or salad with meat option from their kebab place in store as it's not well prepared, too oily and no care of presentation. The chicken samosa was tasteless with a tiny of chicken but loads of onion. Could definitely tasted the onion, was very strong like it didn't cook properly. The lady owner the pay counter was really kind and friendly.
