Had Previous Good experiences and haircuts with Hakam and his Dad, but the one time I get cut by someone else at the shop it’s absolutely atrocious. The Barber didn’t listen he only listed to his other friends cutting hair, he was not focused on my haircut that I was paying for with my hard earned money. Im not sure what his name was, but Im seriously wondering how he even got his Haircutting license. Moral of the story, don’t cheat on your barber and only go to Hakam or his Dad, if they’re not free or not present then I’m going home.

Staff were lovely. The barber shop itself is clean. The style my 6yr old got was nice, but does need a bit of a touch up.

I’m extremely disappointed about the haircut I received. The young barber ruined my hair because he was busy chatting with his colleague to focus on what he was doing. This wasn’t just a minor mistake it’s clear that the barber wasn’t paying attention, and the result shows it. When customers sit in that chair, we expect professionalism and care. What I got instead was a careless job. This was a lack of respect for both your craft and your customer.

First time visiting this place. 3 barbers working at the time. Im a mum with two poly boys who are very particular with their fades. The guys had a great vibe, and took care of both my boys. One of my sons (8 year old) cant keep still and we've struggled with finding barbers who are understanding and good with kids. His barber was young and vibed with my boy, so naturally my son felt so comfortable. My 12 year old is very quiet and reserved, and his barber was awesome as well. Their fades were "fresh" as my 8 year old put it. The venue is great! Clean, tidy and had loads of space to sit. Also played great music. Anyway, it was a great vibe, great mauri! The barbers take great pride in their mahi, and their skills are legit! Thanks so much for taking care of my boys, we will definitely be back!! Both boys in total cost $65, which is reasonable in comparison to other barbers, and given the care that was taken with both my sons, it was totally worth it. No appointment is needed, plus we didn't wait long, maybe 15mins. As a mum it can be nerving going to the barbers because I have no idea what guys like etc, not once did I feel silly lol very welcoming! Anyway, highly recommend!

Just got a haircut from Hakam and haven’t looked any fresher. Hakam and his team always do an incredible job with their haircuts and are always nice and joking around yet still professional. 5 stars! Highly recommend getting a haircut from these guys if you’re looking to change your barber.

I maybe the first one to give bad review but it starts with one. DISHONESTY looms big time!! Today was the second time my son got exactly the same haircut after 2 weeks at the same place but this time they charged extra $15.00 from last time. I noticed that one barber signaled to the other giving a gesture to charge extra then noticing the price being re-keyed on the EFTPOS machine. I saw the same happening with another customer before us only in regards to gesture. They may not be the same with loyal customers but dishonesty is not the way to gain more new customers. My suggestion us to keep an eye out for certain behaviors' to avoid being ripped off or simply walk across the road to the Fade Corner. To top is off, I walked out and look back into the shop only to see cheeky grin on barbers faces. They have just lost a new customer while it may not make a difference but it starts with one. ------------------------------------ Responding to reply. I think you missed the whole point. Secret gestures and smirky grins. Positive reviews are good and appreciative but the reviewers may have never noticed the secret gestures. Anyways, I rest my case as this can go on and on...

Had a mixed experience today, really happy with the price and fade that I got. Service was nice but two things didn't really sit well with me. The first issue was the length of hair that got cut off the top. Told the barber at the start I wanted a tiny bit off the top and showed him with my fingers how much. During the haircut got spun around so my back was to the mirror so didn't really know what was going on. He used the thinning scissors first which was fine and before I knew it, he was cutting a third of my hair off. I think to save other people a similar fate, maybe check with them again before cutting the top off. I'm not sure if it was because nothing much was said through the haircut but a little bit of communication goes a long way. I could've said something as well but I felt like I didn't want to remind you since I told you at the start. The second one was slightly more concerning. At the end of the haircut the barber grabbed a razor blade to get the baby hairs off my neck, perfectly happy with that and appreciated him using a fresh new blade. I don't have sensitive skin at all but he used the blade straight on my neck without putting anything on. When I got home I found a lot of dried blood on my neck which made sense since I felt a slight stinging pain on the drive home. Did the barber see it and not mention anything? Or did it start bleeding on my drive home even though I didn't touch my neck? Never been cut before from a haircut so definitely an experience I would rather not have again. Not angry, just something to think about with future customers. Cheers

My 16 year old son cannot compliment enough. He was willing to sit for over an hour, to wait for his fade. The popularity of this team is renowned. Son had a long man bun and wanted it all cut off. The barber suggested different styles and made him feel great. Will always return
