   I have been on a teeth journey with this practice for years and I can honestly say they are pure professional premium with a genuine friendly vibe that puts you at ease from the moment you walk in. Throughout some of my toughest stages of life—times when my teeth were impacted and my confidence was shaken—they stood by me. Their support and steady care helped me keep smiling and my smile means everything to me. The nurses and doctors, especially Karen, Ellen and Rachel, are exceptional. The lovely lady who transitioned to the medical side also reassured me every step of the way that I was safe, that I mattered and that everything would be okay. Their warmth and professionalism changed my perspective of dentistry entirely. Being in their care didn’t just mean good dental work—it meant I mattered and I knew I’d be okay. Thank you so much for your kindness and for helping me keep smiling through it all.

   I always receive a pleasant greeting. It is nice to be greeted by name. I am seen in a timely fashion and the greatest gift given to me was last Christmas when I couldn’t get to see my dentist and I had a broken tooth and they saw me last minute and fixed it beautifully. I have just returned for treatment and have been thankful that staff have taken care of my special needs related to mobility.

   I've been going to Ellen for many years. It was hard to find a dentists I could trust and since being with Ellen she has made me feel so comfortable. If I ever had questions or was unsure about anything she would discuss the procedure in detail. Never leaving anything out. She also gave me a couple of options both financially and what would be best in the years to come for my teeth. Rachel (who answers the phone) has been a absolute gem with my appointments and she is so understanding and lovely over the phone. Sometimes there days when I would need to change my appointment and she is more than happy to give me another date without making me feel bad. Also Ellen's nurses are super patient and lovely with me as I have high anxiety visiting the dentist (due to bad experiences with other dentists). Thank you so much for everything ladies. I truly do appreciate all your efforts and hard work. You truly do make me feel at ease when I visit you. I highly recommend Allen and her team.

   I felt it was extremely important to write a review for the service I received today. The dentist was Tisha as well as Toa. I would just like to say such a big thank you especially to Tisha. I came in wanting a tooth pulled because it’s bothered me for years and without a second to think she said yes she is happy to pull it. Usually I am very anxious when it comes to extractions because I don’t like needles and I also have very long roots. So I always have someone with me to hold my hand but today I didn’t. However Tisha made me feel very comfortable and numbed me up so thoroughly that I didn’t feel any of the wiggling and then also didn’t even feel when it came out. The last dentist I had made it known that it was hard to pull my teeth but she did it with a smile. I just want to highlight IM TERRIFIED OF DENTISTS but both Tisha and Toa made my visit pain free. Makes me realise dentists aren’t scary when you have the right one. And I found the right ones. So thank you thank you thank you! I will be less afraid to come in meaning I will be coming in regularly as one should.

   I have been with Ti Rakau dental for 6 years now. I highly recommend their care and affordability. The accuracy and time taken to discuss your care is second to none. This is the 5th dentist I have been to in Auckland and I am happy to refer all my friends to this clinic. Dr Ellen Yang you are awesome :) All the staff are positive and friendly and the service is excellent.
