Service here is MUCH better than it used to be -great stuff. One request PLEASE make Le Beef and Le Chicken Burgers a permanent thing. The BEST burgers I have tasted for a long time!!
The guy named Riley was very polite to us and he is one of the best cashiers we've come across. He was patient when we took our time to pay and overall he deserved 5 stars
I had a really solid time at BK Lower Hutt. The burgers were, for the most part, juicy and flavourful, the staff friendly, and the value specials made things worthwhile. It’s not perfect — there were a few hiccups with wait times and order mixups — but when everything clicks, it shows what Burger King can be. Will definitely go again
Friendly staff, very slow service at the time we went but food was nice and atmosphere was okay. Some disgruntled people left before ordering due to wait time and understaffed registers.
SHOCKING, We ordered 2 x triple cheese burgers + regular fries. We got 4 burgers, 2x plain cheese burgers and our 2x triple cheese burgers with large fries, The burgers were cold and flat ( looks like a car drove over them) They were tasteless and horrible, not like BKs as we know it. We will not be buying from BKs Lower Hutt ever again.
If you have a spare hour that you dont mind wasting then sitting in the drivethru is a great idea. From payment of meal at the window to receiving the meal took 10 minutes. Was a very simple order to fulfill. Lack of confirmation of order when paying cpuld have meant ypu paid for the wrong order and may have then received the wrong order causing further delays.
The workers were nice but the service was poor and incredibly slow, even thought it was quiet. After clarifying my order 3 times with 2 different staff, I still received the wrong order. All our food was cold and it was very expensive for what we got ($20 for a regular double Whopper meal???). It was pretty dirty inside, even for a fast food place. We will not be going back.
