   Rang the bell twice and called out to say hello but no one bothered to come for about 5 minutes. Once they did finally show face both employees had ear buds in both ears and didn't seem to care when I asked if they could hear me ringing the bell. I just wanted some Chips, and I like the chips here they are cooked well, but pick up your slacking staff

   Friendly customer service. Had the fish burger and side of chips. Liked the fries but have had better fish burger elsewhere. The square patty was thin and crispy and was overwhelmed by the salad in the burger. It was ok-meh.

   This food court is one of the worst i ever had，ordered their prawn roll that smells so fishy and tasteless，they even spilt the prawn into half to pretend it's a whole prawn，very bad experience.

   I have never left any bad reviews for a restaurant, but I was extremely dissatisfied with the service today. The buzzer was broken after we waited for 10 minutes, and when we checked, the food was left cold on the counter. We didn't receive any apologies or even a single word after we informed them about the buzzer issue. Later, I accidentally dropped the paper soup spoon and asked for a new one at the counter, but the staff said we had to pay 20 cents for it! This is absolutely a rip-off. I love the food here, but unfortunately, the customer service was the worst. We paid for our food and expected to receive standard customer service, and I'm not asking for anything more.

   Ordered a Bird Burger today, the mayo that they serve is so soggy it made the whole burger soggy and the sauce was dripping from all around and the whole preparation was not at all fresh.

   As a regular customer for place more than 2 years, you would expect a little respect as a loyalty customer but many times I noticed the customer service always poor its like i go ask for food for free, no i have to pay them. Bad attitude. Today ordered combination noodle and half way through i suddenly chew a tiny piece of metal that looks like comes from steel scourer. I thought its not a big of a deal so carry on eating but after finish i took it to show the chef about it and his attitude stinks. He didn’t even come to have a look or apologist. I left the food tray there for his staff to take inside to show him. Thanks to your stinky attitude and food you have just lost 1 loyal customer. Never go there ever again.

   Ordered stir fried noodles, asked no spicy , meant to share with kids. The dish came full of hot chilies. I was just going to order another one. Talked to the owner, just wanted to mention it not even a complaint, but he was pretty rude, asked me to order another one without hot chilies. So I ordered and double checked no chilies, when picking up the food, his attitude just like bad, didn’t even want talk to me. Good food but the service ruined the place. Never come back again!
