Fun night out. A bit dingy but does the job, especially if you've had a few drinks. Thoroughly recommend making a reservation. Music is a bit iffy and hard to follow but who cares! It's fun!
We went on a Wednesday night 10th at 1030pm and we had a great time. Except we paid for 2 hours but they stopped us after an hour. We were confused how they timed us. I'm not sure if they thought we were drunk enough to not notice but I've never had that before, since I've been regular over the years with friends there. Hopefully it was just am error they didn't note.

We didn’t eat but we did drink This place is actually amazing, the service was great, and the team there was very friendly and accommodating, the song selection was good aswell missing a couple of songs that we wanted, but it didn’t ruin our night, Kareoke system/rooms Was easy to use and navigate it does show English aswell so no stress there, love the cool private booth, and they also supply extra chairs if needed, and the staff constantly clearing empty bottles but super comfortable over all Price Was very fair and not to expensive, also the drinks were fairly priced for the city centre location I recommend this place 100000%
Good place. I always go to them when I go for karaoke. Been there since my uni days in 2005
Went in a group of 4, got one of the smaller rooms. Room was nice and clean, toilets were a little sketchy but still usable. A good selection of songs in different languages: English, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Russian, Thai and even Filipino. Didn't have a wide selection though, but we managed to fill up our 2 hours with enough songs. Staff were friendly and polite. Didn't try the food, all we could see were snacks that were available.
We are literally 4 min late to our booking and they already had a group in our room who had clearly been there a while. They told us on the phone there was a 15 min grace period and the service man lied and said they hadn’t said that. Wouldn’t bother giving them your money
If I could rate this 0/5 I would. I called on a Friday night and asked for a room for 4. We also asked if they required ID as we had a minor with us. We wanted to get a room but he insisted we needed ID. His replies were so rude and just when I was about to reply back and say “oh that’s okay” as we had a minor. He said “you guys don’t want the room, oh okay bye” and hung up. Rude and do not recommend!!!
This was really disappointing, we called before hand to ask about pricing and opening hours. The Man that answered did not give clear details and kept cutting us off while we were trying to ask him wuestions. He was racist, he said "ok dont call back if you aren't you coming" and then hang up on is, we were just asking for the prices and the room type. I was really embarrassed because i was taking my cousins who were here in nz for the time and this was how they treated us.
Great easy place to find on Queens. Staff are friendly allowed us to book last-minute but only problem was it took us 15mins to figure out how to use the karaoke machine because it’s all in Chinese and when I ask for more time due to that problem he made me pay extra to stay longer. Other than that nice place
