   They carried out a damage assessment on my car three month ago and said it would take a few days to send me the quote. It has been three months and I’ve followed up 4 times and provided same additional info every single time. Still didn’t hear anything back from them yet. Apparently they don’t really care about their customers and business.

   I brought my car here after insurance said it was uneconomical to fix so wrote it off. They fixed it in just over a week instead of the 2 months I was told to wait by another place. The initial quote was cheaper than the first place I went and they took the price down for things they quoted which didn't get used and were super friendly and helpful. I fealt they were trying their best to help from the start and they returned the car good as new.
