Far exceeded my expectations. Cleaned up some scuffs around the repair that had been bothering me. Good communication and updates. Very easy to deal with from beginning to end. Thrilled.

I was very pleased with the fast and professional service. I had a dent and scratch on the back of my car, and I brought it in for repair. Within just 3–4 days after I received the car, I noticed a small speck of dust stuck deep in the paint. However, they took the car back and worked on it again until I was completely satisfied! I also want to thank Lucy at the reception — she was very friendly, professional, and helped me arrange the appointment smoothly. Highly recommend their service!

They did a very good job of repairing an awkward little folded ding in my Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross, when a sudden gust of wind ripped it from hand in a gale notherly, hitting a post. A difficult colour to match, plus fixing the door latch which had become tight to open the door. Now it's so smooth. The whole drivers side door panel was recoated with DURA-SEAL Ceramic Paint Protection. Love my car & it was carefully restored to its original condition, including reattaching the Sport badge & door protection cover.

Very poor. Took three weeks to complete a simple insurance job although thankfully I was away for two of those weeks. Then completely failed to follow instructions on owner work and billed me nearly $1800 for it. Dishonestly told me the work was 'at polishing stage' when it hadn't even started. Also claimed I had 'accepted' the work, even though I never received a quote and had only asked for a single piece of clip-in plastic to be replaced on the bumper. The parking bulb I had asked to be replaced was done at the last minute, with a staff member using a bulb from his own car. This bulb almost immediately failed. After all of this- and more - I was given a generic email address to complain to and I spent a long time writing an email only for it to be rejected by the website. I will be complaining to the AA because this place shouldn't be accredited by them.

DON'T GO THERE!!!!! Worst experience I've had! Poor customer service and communication. Every time I call they for a new update for my car, they don't know anything about it. I don't think there is a good communication/system between the workshops. The customer service team have no idea what they are doing and what they are talking about. They always answer my questions with useless script, which is probably what they learned from the first day of training. Not helpful at all!!! They used second hand parts and told the insurance company they put new parts on my car. Lookhow dirty and old the rubber is. I have to say the mechanics knows what they are doing and they did a good job. But I still won't go back again.

Poor Customer Service. They damaged door trim while panel beating my car. It took them 3 months and numerous emails to get this door trim fixed. The repair took less than an hour. Then they didn't even apologise and it was like they were doing me a favour. I understand mistakes happen but if you own them, show some remorse and make it right in a timely manner it goes a long way. While I was in reception I heard another customer ringing to complain about damage they had done undertaking a repair so appears it is not an isolated incident. A heads up that they also, after repair, leave the interior of your vehicle dirty, with mud spread from boots and hands (see photos). Surely a bit of plastic on the floor of the vehicle or take your boots off? My car was in for repair twice and this happened both times so worth mentioning. They do clean the outside which is great. It is a shame as I can not fault their actual panel and paint work, they do a good job but the experience of dealing with them and their lack of attention to detail means that I will not be using RS Lane again and I do not recommend anyone else using them until these things change.
