Very unsatisfactory.. Never returns calls. Been waiting for over two weeks to hear from him. Still no contact. Phone always goes to answerphone. Leave numbers both home and mobile but no reaction. Wouldn't use him if I had the choice. Will give him another two days then request a new contractor from Housing NZ. Gas stove could blow up before he gets here killing me and my family. Not a good look Richard.
