Very rarely leave reviews but i just had too. Best potato fritters i have ever had. A must have. Also the cinnamon donuts do yourself a favour and get some.
Great.service, lovely people, clean premises. The burger was great, good hotdog, but the fish not good and not eatable we threw it away. I think it was cheap fish possibly could have been shark of some kind.

Haven't had any of the other food. But please do not spend $13 on the chicken and chips. Yes, they tasted good. But if you want more value, go somewhere else. The serving size is terribly small!
Really good fish and chips. The fish was fresh and the chips were well cooked. Very tidy and well decorated shop, including tables and space to eat in. Well worth their reputation. So glad I checked them out.
Absolute beauty!! 14$mini pack! Can't beat it! Classic kiwi fish n chips, came with an extra potato fitter and they even add a lemon! ❤️ It's the small things that really make it count. Without a doubt .. grab ya fish in chips from Bule island seafoods
A kinda institution around here, a fish and chips shop that has been around forever. It's been a while since the original owners and their glory days but still represents reasonable value for money.
This is such a great Fish and chip shop! Not many offer seating inside which makes it the perfect place to stop for lunch! Delicious tasting deep fried food! You can't go wrong stopping here!
I have loved coming here for my fresh tarakihi fillet how ever the most recent visit my fillet was only half the size an I had to ask for a lemon piece which i was given a dried up crusty LIME with ZERO juice..I wouldn't have mind but since the prices have gone up 3 dollars which is 11.90 a fillet now I expected the same fillet I usually get.........and the size.....unfortunately after spending quite alot. This was the first time we had under average food.....in saying that I hope the next time it's better....or how they usually do it an next time the fillet size be 11.90 worth.
If your ever in lower Hutt or wellington this is where you get quality taste and affordability all at once.. Once you have blue island there is no other dosh n chips that compare. Fresh fish and crispy batter crunchy but soft inside hot chips it's a winner
