Uber eats, order and put in the instructions to not give me soft crackle, it's not crackle aye.. Cost me $34 and the crackle is crap

I lovee this place i could eat all items on thier menu multiple times every day esp the pork roll the kumara and potatos are also so satisfying and the crackling brings everything to a 10 love this place

THE best place for a roast meal! The roast kumara and crackling are my faves. I usually order the medium chicken and it's very generous! You can either go for honey soy roast chicken or deep fried chicken. I also rate the pineapple cake from the dessert section - a great way to finish off a good feed. If you're getting takeaway I recommend requesting the gravy in a separate container.
Wonderful food available here for a pretty good price for this day and age. We had a large and a small meal and was plenty to feed 2 adults and 1 child, with enough left over for a small lunch the next day. Great gravy. The pork crackling is superb.
Food is amazing always cooked we'll have a very nutrition range of products and awesome service I'll definitely be back and recommend others try them out
I asked for a large vegetarian meal, no pumpkin. I expected they'd fill up the container with more potato, kumara or peas but no! It was the standard meal minus the pumpkin. For $16 plus a surcharge of 45c for using PayWave (I only found out about that after I scanned my card) I expected a full container. Maybe I was supposed to ask them to add extra veges in lieu of the pumpkin? Most other places do it automatically when I say no pumpkin. Didn't ask here, as I presumed they would too. Aside from that the veges are cooked nicely and the gravy is good so no issues with taste or quality.
Ordered many times from them(Pork meals), today was the last day. Never get a nice crackling. I know the crackling is free and complimentary with pork meal. But I Would rather not have it. They have nice one on the display. But they give you the bad ones. I have paid extra as well bit still not good. Please don't give bad food to customers. You can just say you don't have crackling.
