   Thai Thai Takeaway in Bayview definitely deserves 5 stars. The food is always fresh and full of flavour, and the chef cooks truly authentic Thai dishes. You can taste the care she puts into every meal. One of the best local spots for great Thai food. Highly recommended.

   The food was nice. I ordered green curry through Uber Eats with a buy-one-get-one-free deal. Got two green curries, but only one rice. It looks like one rice was missing.

   Hidden gem. Regularly order from here, even if it requires a bit of travel to get to. Food is quality and the owner operator is always great for a chat. Pricing is very fair for the quantities of food, can never finish in one sitting!

   I ordered 3 mains (beef penang, chicken green curry, and tofu pad see ew) and two entrees (tomyum) for three of us and the portions were so massive we had heaps of leftovers! The food is clean, fresh, and absolutely delicious with generous vegetables, spices/herbs, nuts, and meat. I found this place by scrolling through community pages and very happy I did. The lady who served me was super friendly and elegantly handled my requests (I always ask for half sugar at any Thai place), and all dishes were considerately packaged, and best of all, ready within 10 minutes of ordering over the phone. My new favourite Thai takeout, will go back very soon to try the larb gai, thank you thank you, khap kun kha!

2. Fake News ★☆☆☆☆

   Food is great! First time I ordered from here in years and it was great. But now every other time I've tried to order, the guy on the phone doesnt know what menu I'm talking about and the $20 meals listed on the menu are now $45?? Sort out your menu and pricing online please and thanks! I dont want to spend my money here if the guy on the phone is gonna be rude about me not knowing the menu pricing or whats not available! Always had issues with this restaurant. Hence why I hadnt ordered from here in years.

   My partner and I have eaten from here multiple times and it’s always our favourite Thai takeaways. The chicken fried rice is always delicious, there’s always lots of chicken which I appreciate and always left overs. I’ve had the green curry multiple times and it was fantastic, a little sweet but I love it. My Aunty is Thai & I’ve spent time in Thailand and it tastes authentic, I love the bamboo shoots too. My partner always gets the Thai Cashew Nut and loves it, I accidentally did get him the crispy chicken Thai chashew and he really didn’t like that but loves the Thai Cashew. All in all I feel it’s authentic and yummy.

   Just ordered a takeaway from here, and the food was not good. I ordered the Crispy Chicken. The chicken was dry, and soggy. There was little sauce to go with it and the vegetables were just plain. Absolutely no flavour! Secondly, I ordered the Money Bags. They were also very dry, as the batter was like dough and not light & crispy. I’m very disappointed with the service and food I’ve received. I couldn’t finish the meal. This Thai establishment is not authentic!

   I ordered steamed snapper and Thai coconut soup for take away. They are so delicious! The snapper is fresh and the soup is creamy. I'd love to try other flavours of soups next time.

   Pad Thai tastes good but considering it's $20 for a duck pad Thai I'm disappointed both at the fact that it's only half a container of Pad Thai (pics attached) and also that half of that protein is still tofu, despite paying an extra $4 to have the protein as roast duck. If it was $15 I would hsve been more forgiving, but $25 for half a serving of half duck half tofu pad Thai and a scoop of chips is just insane, even post covid. Would only recommend if u don't care about money
