   The store manager, Garry was super friendly, however, with the advice I was given, was not practical and I would never have been able to clean up my green pool. I then had to contact a professional to help me. Because I knew nothing at the time, I had to defer to them for advice. For my particular situation, I actually needed a roller vacuum head so that I wouldn't disturb and flick up the algae while I vacuumed it. I was sold a normal brush head, which never would have worked to clean up my in-ground concrete pool. They also sold me another brush head, which was sort of unnecessary and double up in functionality. I bought $600 of chemicals and equipment on my first day here, but they would not allow me to exchange the $50 brush head. But I guess it's true that the packaging said that the brush head was suitable for all pools, so I can't argue there. The owner, however, was nice enough to give me a $10 cash refund for chlorine containers instead of a store-credit as he knew I wasn't heading back there anymore.
