   Got an extremely dirty look from the assistant when I walked in. Thought I must have interrupted something but it was just her in the shop ignoring the phone ringing. Then to my amazement I'm told that the Tile Depot does not actually have any tiles in store and you have to wait 5 days for then. I was told this as if I was an idiot to think they actually would too. Honestly how do they even exist? Terrible experience all around

   Turned up today to pick up my tiles, two were fully broken in half and Ricky’s suggestion was that we still pay full price for the two tiles and still use them. I declined the offer and just will have to hope we have enough. I don’t think anyone should pay for tiles that are broken in half l.

   After doing some research for where to get large titles for photography, I decided to come here. The staff were so helpful in helping find the right title for the job, I would say they went above and beyond. They were super friendly. The selection out there is huge, we spent at least an hour just trying to pick the right shade of grey, if it wasn't for the staff's helpful approach we would just walk out. Will be back again.

   Jalapeños and extra buffalo!-) That’s what I’ll hopefully drop around, in a pepperoni for morning tea following another successful visit to Tile Depot. I popped in on an off chance a couple of years ago with an idea to make a Pizza oven with Pië, my daughter. We’d just had a surf and the dude in the shop loved that, a sale was in and we scored more than a bargain for a few large tiles and it worked a Treat! Smashed one of the tiles while moving the modular beast, for the second time. Bad timing with lockdown but fully sorted today thanks to the lovely girls working the floor in their new Petone location. So thanks guys, that’s the second time you have fully delivered with no gain for you. What comes around goes around.... I know where to go to get my future tiles now - you got this!
