I ordered a box of sandwiches for an event the Lower Hutt team absolutely nailed it in 15min. Thank you to the team that was working as it was urgent and they didn’t complain they just got it done. Really appreciate you guys.
Henry is hands down one of the best customer service people I’ve come across at any Subway. He’s friendly, quick, and actually listens. He even got my complicated order right on the first try. Someone needs to give this man a promotion because he genuinely lifts the whole experience here. I’d stopped going to Subway for a while because of bad experiences at other branches, but this team changed that. The crew here is consistently good, and that’s why I’ve started coming back regularly.
Zero acknowledgment when walking in, stood waiting for 5 mins then decided to go elsewhere. Three staff were too busy printing out Delivereasy orders that were coming through long after we had walked in. A ‘hello, do you mind waiting’ can go a long way.
Food is usually good. Just avoid getting your order made by this particular teenager. Don't know his name but he wears braces and has an insensitive attitude. He squished the tomatoes and destroyed the salad by pouring in too much sauce. When I requested a replacement, his response was to swear and grin at his teammate. Will definitely avoid this person next time.
The best subway in wellington region. I mostly take falafel; some subways provide either half cooked or leave big things as it is; here they properly smashed it as advertised including cheese and other salads and make it properly, mix it properly; taste amazing! Good atmosphere!
Service and the quality of food is great and has been consistent throughout, the store looks great, please keep up the great quality of fresh sandwiches which is one of the most important things for customer satisfaction!
Friendly staff. It has been ages since I'd had Subway and it was delicious and we'll made.
It was early, granted, but to see 2 staff members completing, what I supposed, were text or phoned in orders, exclusively, while only one staffer coping with walk in traffic, was a bit surprising. Especially when 1 of those customers was proving to be a time consuming prat!
