Recommend staying away from this Subway. Staff give bad service. Young caucasian man with glasses. Always giving attitude when serving. Have had hygiene issues with gloves too. Server took cash then handled order with same gloves.

My husband just got subway chicken triple pepper from Petone , and we live in Alicetown. The subway literally was falling apart, the bread breaking into pieces. I couldn’t even eat it. The ugliest subway I ever have seen. Sick and hungry at home, feeling like subway, totally ruined my appetite .
The level of service and quality from this store is below a satisfactory level, the food was old, meat and veges were def not fresh, staff look like they don't want to be there! Customers want to be eating nice fresh food, that is what subway is about!!
Got a 6 inch pork riblet but the riblet is so small it gets lost in all the salad. Don't get me wrong I love the salad just wish the riblet was in proportion.
Food was OK, but wasn't impressed with the service. I stood there for several minutes watching the manager and staff making web orders and they didn't even acknowledge me until they finished the web orders. I'm happy to wait but I feel like they could have said hello, I'll be with you in just a minute.
Beware ordering online. Ordered a salad on Uber eats with ALL the salad ingredients offered and only got chicken and lettuce... No refund offered.
Good little subway in the heart of petone. The guy serving me had a fantastic attitude and was really nice. Food was alright same as most other subways I'm not expecting amazing food for $6. Service was quick, Food was as expected, Place was clean, but was could use a bit of a touch up here and there. 4/5
