Lesley did my hair for over seven years, quality work always and priced right, I miss her since leaving Wellington.
Edit: Just responding to the comment from the owner. Sure you would not remember me. For context, I visited this place a while back. Got a haircut from a lady, clearly can see she is drunk. She went to do haircut, messed up on the sides. I.e. some spots got the hair cut a lot, some spots left as-is. Left pretty disappointed, I had to schedule a session with another hairdresser just to make it look even on all sides. I am a male, in 30s.
A visit to Hair by the Sea is always a relaxing and enjoyable occasion. Lesley is a superb colorist and I love her willingness to play around with different colors on request!
