   Got my hair done with Becs for a pick me up, was amazing! She did lovely and made sure to check we were both on the same page throughout the appointment. She was so great to talk to, I recommend immensely! Becs was honest with the process (letting me know that it will bleed eventually) before starting and making sure I was alright with that. Amazing service and a lovely person!

   Sonia did EXACTLY what I asked. My haircut looked exactly like the inspo photo. It was a big transformation, long hair halfway down my back to chin length razor cut bob and Ive woken up feeling like a new person. Thank you!!! See you soon.

   I would not recommend this salon for having a colour treatment, I ended up being in the chair for 5 hours. My hair has been damaged, they did offer me a "treatment' the following week, but I have decided to go to another Vivo salon to see if they can help me.

   Hi, My wife Afrin vusited today ans shw already postes hee review on the services. She paid $139 for global hair colour. But Soniya did her root touchup and send her back. Who charge for root touchup $139 without hairwas or any treatment. My wife is being cheated by staff. Veey bad services. Also her hair colour is dark brown and they coloured hee hair in black without her concern. Extremly un professionalism.

   I have been to the vivo petone salon twice now for my keratin hair treatment and both times my experience was great. Both the times my stylist were so sweet and before beginning they would take me through the process and explain the steps involved. They would also take care of me by promptly answering my needs for water or for use of their facilities. Since it's a very lengthy process and can take up more than 3 hours, it's essential to establish good rapport because you would be working so closely with them. Both the times I was very impressed with the results, I even purchased hair kits from the salon. Will always prefer Petone Vivo

   This salon lacks professionalism and skill. The woman in charge was intent on belittling the new employee in front of clients any chance she got and complained to me (loudly, so the new employee could hear) that it was a shame they couldn't choose their own staff. The colour done on my hair was uneven - the highlights were not in the same place on either side of my head which has been embarrassing as the blonde streak only appeared in the front on one side which has made everything look lopsided. Not recommended and feel like the woman in charge should really be ashamed of how she treats junior staff members. Definitely not worth the money paid either.
