   I used Online Distribution for the Past 5 years. We have recently moved 3pl's because of ongoing issues. We were moved around their warehouse, the stock was everywhere, and we had a lot of issues, huge numbers of staff changes and structure changes. We were extremely patient and forgiving over the years. On Moving out there was a stock discrepancy of around $7000 in stock that should be there vs. what was physically there. This was after a March stocktake. They refuse to pay this (actually they just havent bothered to respond) citing a clause in their contract that .5% of stock value is OK for them to lose. Just be aware, I do business fairly and honestly. I don't believe the way this was handled was either of those.
