One of my best service experiences ever! I brought into NZ a machine I thought was going to be delivered to my door. Once my machine arrived at the airport, I got a note from Menzies to say that I need a broker to release it from custom. As I don't have a broker I googled and called Sneddens at 4:50pm. Jamie Han was most patient and accommodating. He was very clear with the charges and the fact that we need to act quickly with Menzies otherwise I will start paying storage. Not only Jamie acted swiftly, but he also kept me posted on every stage of the procedure. Jamie handled everything: release from Menzies, GST payment, Duty exemption and delivery to my door.
