   We had the pleasure of dealing with Carroll's transport and logistics who delivered our spa pool and removed our old one. I can't recommend them enough from the dealings with the owner Chris Carroll who organised everything from pick up to delivery he was super efficient and great with Communication response Upon receiving our New spa We meet drivers Kevin and Andre who excelled in there work with pride very friendly arrived earlier than the time We booked Such a great company to deal with. If you are wanting something moved or picked up or delivered don't hesitate to contact Carroll's transport and logistics .

   The 1 star is for a management decision. The actual staff at Carrolls are super helpful, efficient and overall....great warehouse staff. However management at Carrolls decided to cancel our nearly 10 year old account (paying every invoice within 30 days without exception) and it was surprise to us the cancellation was due to us not shipping with them (to THEIR expected volumes) which was the FIRST AND ONLY TIME we were aware of their expectation (would have been different outcome had they told us "we need more shipping" (duh!)!!!!!). They initially gave us about 6 weeks to clear our 25 sq mtrs (approx) of stock and extended to the end of January but management changed their minds early January and wanted us gone pronto and the final insult (after paying on time-every time was a demand to pay the final invoice immediately before goods are picked up...don't trust us!!! Sad, we kept with Carrolls PAYING due invoices faithfully during the 2 lockdown/covid years and this was dumped on our small manufacturing business as a surprise. NOT recommended for small business with present "Management" decisions due to our experience. Whoever made this decision to kill us without giving fore-warnings of expectations is a GOOSE...an inedible one. But not the staff, they've been fantastic!

   I am so so happy I went with Carroll's - The job wasn't easy, needed a Hiab to get to Waiheke, then down a tricky driveway and lift an outdoor kitchen over a house. Kevin the driver was nothing short of legendary. Same goes for Chris with the quote and planning. Don't often write Google reviews, but this team deserves all the praise they get!

   I wouldn't touch them with a bargepole. I booked them after sending them photos of my location. They demanded full payment in advance which I did. When the contractor arrived, he refused to do the job stating there was a telephone pole nearby. Anyone looking at the picture must have been blind as a bat not to see the pole and book the job!! I trusted them and paid in advance as they were the only company who were free and available to do the job in short notice. In-spite of me telling them they had all the evidence before they booked the job, they refused to act ethically and legally. Zero attention to detail. They charge you upfront and bully you if you request for a refund for a job not done. There are a lot of companies who will do a free quote. Please do not use this company. Walk in the opposite direction.

   The truck driver delivering our spa pool demolished the letterbox of our neighbour. They said that if we paid for fixing this they would reimburse us. Carroll's were phoned 4 times and each time we were assured that they would reimburse us but still no payment. I would NEVER AGAIN use this company
