    Average food with worst customer service. Naan bread was under cooked and when I told the receptionist about it she start arguing I should not have touched it instead of apologising what a joke

    Worst pakodas ! My husband got food poisoning since he had pakodas yesterday. Suggestion - please don’t eat from this place if you don’t want your health to get worst.

    We had the worst experience with the idlli and masala dosa.( no taste ) We complained but the front staff had no courtesy to deal. Instead, he said that's how it's cooked. Never going back

    We went to spice traders and ordered Masala dosa .,it was good & worth the cost . however the main drawback is the β€œATMOSPHERE” which needs a lot of improvement. The dustbins were kept near the place where people are supposed to dine in .no pleasant experience. Need to improve their seating area .

    Very bad behaviours to us not allowed to seat in their which was totally empty at 6.15pm today only my little boy want to eat subway and subways place was full and we try to seat at spice traders place and also I told them if you get your customer we definitely stand up and give space to your customer. I will not buy any food from them if they behave to little boy like this. Very disappointed today.

    The food is ALWAYS cold and the nan bread is so hard like you’re biting into a brick.The service is good there a friendly bunch just not good food. Don’t recommend! ❌❌❌❌❌

    So over priced. Naan bread was so hard, could hardly eat it. They only gave a little amount of food too.

    Same staff experience like other are sharing, they should really work on it. And the quality of food is not good either, they use too much color in the curries and Idli felt like a few days old, it's clearly not value for money. They should maintain the quality and customer experience.

    We find the staff over there are not friendly and accommodating. Don't get that welcoming feel. Mall closes at 6pm, but they closes there dining from 5.30pm which seems bit bizarre. Definitely, won't go there again.
