Chips were nice but the fish was pretty disgusting. Was not a fish fillet, more like a bunch of damp paper towels gathered together and deep fried is what I would say very old oil.
Every Chinese meal is absolutely delicious. Davy (and I can't remember the ladies name) are so lovely and welcoming. Each time I go there, I feel well fed and satisfied with the knowing I have just had the best Chinese this side of the Remutaka hill. Highly recommend coming here. You guys are legends!
Scoop of chips ? $6 for what was a half a scoop of chips anywhere else . Service was terrible, the lady was really rude ! Asked for chicken salt and vinegar and the lady rudely said “just salt” . Will never be going here again ! Very disappointed
I really didn't enjoy my fish and chips from this place even though I am not too picky. Just not worth it at all.
The staff are so lovely here! This isn't our local shop but we always stop here when we are in the area. The pricing is a bit high but I can confirm the serving size is generous and the food is delicious! The kids really enjoy the homemade burgers here!
The chips absolutely sucked. I got the wrong food items (super expensive for what it actually is) and ended up getting pork dumplings. Inside was dense and sticky. Chips are so pale and limp. Not a great place for food.
Delicious egg fu young. The best I have had in ages. My husband had fish and he commented his was delicious too. We will be back :)
Please Don’t go here. One onion ring is 1.2 just one peace!!! I can’t believe this. Also Is not fresh cut just frozen stuff. The lady could have smiled.
I have never felt the need to complain about a takeaway shop, however, this was an exceptional occasion. I had been to this store once before and the experience was fine. The store isn't particularly clean or maintained from a customer perspective but I remembered my previous experience and was happy enough to spend my money there again... This time the food we received was inedible. Maybe the oil was up too high and/or really old? I have no clue, regardless the crumbed fish was weirdly gelatinous and stringy. The chips left a horrible taste and we ended up not eating most of the food we ordered. Customer service was not pleasant either. Not good!
