Magnum followed up and gave regular updates. He talked through the options available for resolving the issue, provided an accurate quote, and completed the work quickly and efficiently. In one case the problem needed to be looked at urgently on both occasions the staff at the shop and their technical people have been great.    Have phoned 4 times now to get our pool cover repaired as has stopped working. Each time we phone the person in charge tells me he will follow up with the Christchurch contractor but we get no response. Every Friday he is out of the office and not available. They are more than happy to help for new installs but when something goes wrong there service is very poor. I do not recommend them for automated pool covers.

   Total Rip off, I knew the call out fee was expensive but as my Zodaic unit was playing up i needed to find out why, the were unable to diagonise the issue and made up a lame excuse that its a faulty cell as it was brought online and Zodaic dont sell Cells online in NZ and Australia .. Load of rubbish as i contact the Pool Company in Australia and they said thats non sense. So spent $190 call out fee, but they had already made their mind up before the tech arrived, The tech was reporting back to office Cell is in excellent condition etc.. but then came back with spin of its a fake cell etc.. hence it stopped producing chlorine. Waste of time and very poor that they represent a supposed Official Zodiac Service Centre.
