   Great accom and reasonable price - not far from Ellerslie centre with cafes bakeries second hand stores - room was clean - bed was not overly comfortable however not noticeable after several alcoholic beverages - shower was rain head only which was kinda dumb

   Lovely helpful staff, rooms are well presented and very clean with comfortable beds. Lots of parking available and great location, not far from Go media stadium. Our go-to place to stay when visiting the area!

   My Family and I stayed here and found the room to be good quality,great value for money. My children were not accepted here though because they are Autistic. The receptionist was helpful. The bathroom/shower was high quality. But the guests were judgemental and hated Autistic Children and never cared about my children and lot of guests have no right to be judgemental towards our children. They don't realise that I knew the Owner and complained about the guests. My family and I are now in a Brand New Home now and I will never stay there again. My rating is 3 out of 10. But the Owner was very diplomatic and allowed us stay at her other Hotels.

   Stayed here multiple time and will continue to do so. Never had any issues, rooms are always clean. Some rooms do get a bit of traffic noise but not enough to be an issue at all. Staff have always been friendly and helpful. The location suits us well for our quick visits to Auckland

   Stayed in a family room right next to the hotel gym which was good. Nice big bathroom, fairly up to date decor. There is only one door handle lock on the room door with no door-chain or peep hole which I thought might not be super secure or safe when answering the door. Easy access to freeway and close to lots of eating places Overall a good stay and would stay again.

   The road noise was really bad, the room was actually not very well set up for accessibility. There's a 10mm lip into the shower, and there's no curtain for the shower, so water goes over the whole bathroom. When I mentioned this, 2days later was told due to renovations they weren't put up. However the water logged door would suggest that's not correct. The microwave was way too high, which then they moved into bench space when I asked. The info in rooms for setting up TV/Sky are incorrect. The heat pump stopped working, so they have me a coil heater, which took up floor space. The internet failed a few times, was really bad and dropped out 5 time in 1hr on a Zoom call, but that's not really their fault. Plus side... room was clean, serviced well, and staff were friendly.

   Ensured a memorable stay alright. Did receive an incorrect order at dinner. Staff pushed for the person next to me to eat it. Staff made it out to be a big deal to remake a $40 meal, sure, until all it was is a little piece of steak, some frozen boiled veges, a handful of chips. Would make do if we weren’t made out to be such an inconvenience, in an empty restaurant. No dessert apparently, ran out before customers came in and ate it. Will check the line at McDonald’s first next time.

   Weird place. Very dated decor, the air-conditioning unit in my room made a consistent loud noise all night. A front window of my room had a big crack in it. The receptionists were also the waitresses in the restaurant. The restaurant had mediocre food.

   The stuffiest rooms ever. I don't think we could even open the windows, just the door. We had to have the AC run all the time but it would be nice to get some fresh air, especially since they have these terrible room fragrance sticks that make the entire room smell like feet and I just couldn't get rid of this smell for the entire stay. The rooms were big though and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very helpful.
