   We held our nieces Henz party here last night. The staff were awesome (two ladies), their customers service was great.. there was the bartender guy name harry, was hard to communicate with him, we felt he didnt understand us. It was a bit frustrating. But the venue was a beautiful place for our function though. We were able to use their facilities as if it were our own. We loved the venue, everything fit into place. We got a lot of great feedback and compliments. The only issue was the big guy (security guy). He was a bit rude. He was being unprofessional telling a few of my guests to "shut up" and "get out" as we were finishing up our event...The other securty gaurd was good. Other then that, everything was fine. Highly recommend and will definitely book again. Thank you for a lovely experience.

   Disappointing experience, the large security man was rude and unprofessional, ruining the experience. . Really poor manners and attitude. Wouldn’t recommend.

   One of the bar staff member his name harsh or harry something he is very rude he don’t know how to speak English or how to communicate with customer I waited there for 15-20 to mins at the counter for service he was just busy with his phone

   We came on a Thursday. The guys at the reception were very welcoming even after the security refused my id and I had to go back home to get my passport. Overall atmosphere very nice.

   Clean and neatly presented. Only issue for 4 star is the smoke machine needs to be randomly operated, friendly staff . Would love to go again
