I had excellent service today after losing my vape battery (lol. Will happen again) I asked the man behind the counter (he said his name is shivanj, apologies for most likely butchering the spelling) for a recommendation, and he was able to help me choose the best device for my nicotine needs and advise me about some excellent discounted multipod deals the store offers. He even helped me set up my device, showed me how it worked and allowed me to test that it worked. It has been such a long time since I have recieved such helpful and friendly customer service. During a recession, that deserves a medal.

Yesterday 19/02 I returned a faulty device it was kept in store for a few hours for assessment. Later in the evening I was called saying it was faulty and had approval to go back in store before 10pm (closing time) to swap out for a new functioning device. I rushed over from central auckland arriving at 9.45pm paperwork in hand and was told they were closing so the man at the counter couldn't help me despite being the only customer in the store and despite there being 3 of them behind the counter and despite there being 15 minutes until the store would be closed. He proceeded to say it will take too long with the paper work and he has to set up the device for me which is untrue and all the paper work had been done when I dropped off the faulty device earlier in store. I left the store and returned today 20/02 was served by the same guy who again was rude and made each part of the process difficult. Unlike what he had told me the night before - he did not need to do any paperwork or set up the device for me he just grabbed the new device and scanned it through the whole process took no more than 5 minutes total. Before leaving with the new device he did not give me the reciept saying the new device isn't covered under warranty which is untrue - it is not my fault the first device was faulty. I asked him again for the reciept so I can use it for warranty which he reluctantly gave. I am very disappointed with his service and utter rudeness and has put me off ever going back to Shosha and will not recommend their services or store anymore which is unfortunate because after many good experiences this was definitely the worst!!!
