   This store is great the staff are very knowledgable about their products. It took me along time to start vaping I was one of those people that was finding it hard to give up smoking but once I did give it up and started using vape products I have never looked back so I have been vaping since May last year and it was because cigarettes were too expensive just couldn't afford them anymore. I have tried a few different products but my go to vape is Typhoon and the flavour is grape ice. Kyla and Amy who work at the store have taught me alot about how to look after my vape as well as other products I have tried they are very patient with new customers that are starting to vape, they find out your dislikes, likes what kind of smoker you were and give their recommendations, but try their best to fit you with a vape that is easy to use and look after. Kyla knows her customers needs and she is always very respectful towards the customers. So a big ups to Kyla, Amy who is now on leave and the newest employee Maddy great job.

   Pretty decent place, stocks cigars which I like. Friend of mine purchused a vape and juice, when he showed me, I noticed that the juice was Nic Salts, when it should have been free based juice for this vaporizer. Need more product knowledge

   I recently changed over to Vice vapes from the "other" crowd. Glad I did cos in my two visits in, I've been met with nothing but exceptional service. I'd like to give major props to Kyla, professional, knowledgeable, very friendly and an all round genuine and nice lady. She took the time to listen and also provide an above par customer service. In total, I was probably in the store for about half n hour, but she took the time to explain the ins and outs of my device, without ever feeling like she was in a rush. Thank you Kyla!

   I have come here over the years for an occasional cigar and I have to say regardless of the changes in front staff, the people fronting it are so nice, 'people-person' types. Management seem adept at picking the right people.

   I bought a smok v8 stick kit one month ago at first the tank leaked a little then after using it less than a week the whole tank emptied all over my hand when ever I filled it, I took it back and reluctantly the manager replaced only the tank, blaming me for not watching a tutorial on u tube, I have used a vape for over two years and owned more than ten vapes and never had such problems. A week and a half after that the button caved in rendering the battery useless. I was told by staff and management that I would not receive a refund and they were both very u helpful. Bought my self a new one that is guaranteed from vape crew which is only down the road behind broncos, glad I could take my business else where , where it's appreciated.
