   Tried to call Otahuhu Pizza Hut multiple times as we didn’t receive all our order to the phone lines never being answered. Spent over $120 delivery. Not happy at all as it’s my daughter’s birthday dinner. Hopefully head office can rectify the shops mess up.

   Guy at the counter should learn how to smile or stay the the back & only make pizzas they forgot to add my sauce toppings on top of my pizza. Will rather go to domino’s and order from there.

   Customer service is unsatisfactory. Got to the store at 10pm and the worker just said "we're closed" when the sign on their door as well as online states they close at 11pm. I had also placed an online order but was a little late for pickup so that's an error on my end. However, I left my contact details with the order so I don't understand why they did not at least reach out to me before throwing my entire order in the bin. Please fix your times. It doesn't make sense when your workers are closing store at 10pm when the closing times displayed are different.

   Ordered most times from this branch. Recent order was better than usual from my opinion as the customer service was a bit more friendly than usual. The guy helping me over the phone sounded very calm and helpful as I tried to order online but had an issue so he just sorted everything for me over the phone instead. Quite happy and food was delicious and no issues.
