Had the misfortune of visiting 19th Dec. Filthy toilet (male) Cold coffee and chips. Horrible décor. Never again.
Paid for 1 fillet-o-fish with my meal and got 2. ez 5 stars. Plus i go so much and it's so good.
Food: your usual local McDonald's. The overall quality of food especially fries are below average. Fries are usually soggy or overcooked. Service: the store manager and other frontline staffs need a serious training on people skills. Happy Meal: Don't expect to receive a current toy as usual. They have heaps of "wash up" stock and will give you an excuse of "while stocks last".
Very good service and food is neatly served. Usually less greasy than other McDonald's nearby. We have a preference to visit this McDonald's over the others.
I’ve had two bad experiences at this McDonald’s that make me not want to come back. First, I ordered a Big Mac combo and it had no sauce or lettuce. When I told them, the person (who seemed like the manager) picked up the whole burger with their bare hands, no gloves and just gave it back to me like it was fine. That’s really unhygienic and not okay in a food place. The customer service was also poor. There were a bunch of teenage-looking girls just standing around talking while people were waiting for their orders. They didn’t seem to know what they were doing and weren’t helping anyone. It felt really unprofessional and frustrating
Usual McDonalds in a mall. Queues are often long but the staff are always nice despite the high demand on the store
Pleasant spacious food mall, the cleaners are efficient & friendly. McDonald's Double Quarter Pounder is absolutely amazing and the fries are always fresh, love it there.
Quick efficient service, ample dining tables to enjoy your meal in comfort. But make sure you are aware of the opening hours as it is situated in a mall.
