The food was alright. Customer service ok. Heaps of variety of meat and veggies. Butter chicken was nice and sweet.
I rarely leave reviews, but the customer service here was so disappointing it needs to be addressed. The staff member with glasses and AirPods was shockingly rude and aggressive over a simple question. His tone made it painfully obvious that he didn’t want to be there but somehow he is there. There was zero professionalism — just attitude and an unwillingness to listen. It felt like I was being scolded for even speaking to him. Butter Chicken; Rice was uncooked, chicken had lots of cartilage, as you can imagine it was a very crunchy meal, not what I signed up for. The server was also talking on the phone through his AirPods while serving and not friendly, poor service. Over all do not recommend, clearly little care if given to the quality of their food and their customers
The food was great, I had the chicken korma. Very tender. The rice was a bit overcooked. The service wasn't so much bad as more completely and totally uninterested.
Would not eat here again. Possibly the worst foodcourt butter chicken I've ever had. Rice was almost crunchy and was brown on edges, chicken was too chewy to eat and sauce was very thin. Garlic and cheese Naan was doughy. Would not recommend :/
the value is decent, $18 for a butter chicken combo with rice, a drink, and a garlic naan (+$1) however the taste of the butter chicken is not great. the rice was a bit greasy and hard, perhaps not freshly made? the garlic naan was also a bit dry from being too doughy. would not buy again and would not recommend.
I love this fast food Indian place. I love the sweet butter chicken and the great portion size you get a load of meat in it. My wife said the her paneer ( spelling ) is the best she has. I would say this is not for Indian People as its not super authentic home country flavors. Butter chicken combo with Nan and Coke for $15 does me for two meals. Service is always great here as well. Been my local for 7 years and never had a bad curry yet.
