Extremely disappointing experience with the night crew at McDonald's Railside Avenue, Henderson. As a delivery driver, Iβve noticed that every night shift here is consistently the worst experience compared to any other McDonald's in the area. There is a buzzing switch outside that drivers press when we arrive for pick-up, but the night staff ignore it completely. Many times we are left waiting 15 minutes or longer, even when there are no drive-thru customers at all. Drivers are just standing outside with no communication while the staff inside are doing nothing to acknowledge us. The night crewβs attitude is extremely rude and unprofessional. One of the lady (Fijian - I don't like to address like anyone colour complexion or ethnicity but as i don'tknow her name so for that reason very honest clear review she is might be a fijian lady ) on the night shift is repeatedly disrespectful, and the manager (name sounds like Olivia/Alivia) is unresponsive, dismissive, and clearly not managing or training the team properly. There is no customer service, no urgency, and no basic courtesy. Almost all Uber drivers face these same issues every night at this location. This is not a one-time incident β it has become a pattern. McDonald's needs to seriously improve the night crewβs behavior, training, and accountability. This store is giving a bad name to the brand, and the management needs to take action immediately. 0 star out of 10.

Food was good. Went through drive through. When paying for our food we requested a receipt. The guy on service gave our food.but no receipt was given as we had requested. He should be retrained in customer service. When we pay good money give us our receipt when asked. Or dont work there. Had enough of slack people that are paid to do a job and dont.

Their wrap service was amazing just like the photos. Must be very angry as they were working on Sunday. They missed chips and toys. My kids were waiting for 5min to ask the toys. I called them nicely twice but no one answered. When I shouted, one staff finally reached me with sucked face " are you alight?" "No, I am not." I dont expect the great service but they shouldve given us the right food as I paid. Horrible Sunday morning.

Very disappointed with my order. The food was not fresh β burgers, nuggets, and fries were soggy and cold. I ordered a hot chocolate with full cream milk but received a completely different drink that had a strawberry-like topping and a strong syrupy smell. I had no idea what it was, and ended up dumping it. Also, no straw was provided for the Coke. Overall, a frustrating experience. I wonβt be ordering from this store again.

Waited at speaker box over 3mins with no one answering us, Drove around to make sure it was 24hr D/Thru - yes it was advertised on door ( but not on this website where it states it is closed & opens at 0600) Anyway 2nd time around we ordered food with adjustments to our burgers. But sadly when we got home a few minutes later our fries where cold plus 1 of my speciality burgers ( McChicken on steamed bun = the only thing I was really craving) was missing. While my friends burger - ingredients that where specifically asked to be left out - still inside, meaning he couldn't eat it due to allergies.

Be nice if when you got to the speaker they were prepared to make the food that's on the menu. After the forth occasion of being told they can't make a cheeseburger after 10 pm I've given up thinking this is even a McDonalds at all.

With hungry kids and a long day decided to go to this McDonaldβs. What a nightmare. After getting some of our order we were asked to wait for the rest (no problem) while waiting I tried a chip - mildly warm or just shy of cold. So I took them back. The staff were super stressed and there was a whole warming rack full of chips. They came back with more chips. Still not great. I told them we had a 5-10 min drive home and could they be hot please. Third time lucky they gave us all our meal - quick check hot chips - awesome. Get home to find all the burgers cold and the nuggets not just cold but over cooked shrivelled like theyβd been in the warmer for ages. I donβt know man this stuff isnβt cheap - the 3 of us it was almost $50 and yet cold, dry and really gross. Lift your game maccas.

Don't bother upgrading to large this all you get, plus its cold, useless staff and management. P.s: This isn't the first order to be screwed up, so, for anyone going to this branch be prepared to have your order messed up 3/5 times, so annoying. Uber Eats, doesn't care either, if you report your issue it goes unnoticed, so i advise you not to go here or order from Uber eats, there are plenty of other places around the area that would be much better for your time, money, and experience.
