   Not trustworthy if you order online. They either don't send complete items or will send you 1kg box instead of 2kg (that you ordered) and expect you won't notice. I am trying to get this sorted but no one is taking the ownership - it's been a week now. Customers: Double check the items and quantity that you have ordered (online), they are acting smart.

   Great prices and good range. Something went wrong with my online order so they dropped it off themselves the same night I enquired, which wasn't even overdue to reach me! I had reached out as I simply hadn't had confirmation of my order - just the first "order received and being processed" email. Great service, highly recommended!

   I should have read the reviews before ordering from this merchant. I placed an online order but received no acknowledgement or confirmation. I followed up 3 days later (having heard nothing), by submitting a query through their website. No response. I then sent an email to the address published on website. The email was undeliverable due to their email inbox being full (I suspect with previous complaints). Next, I telephoned. The person who answered call was unable to help or provide information on the order. The person who deals with online orders was unavailable. There was no call back. Two days later I telephoned again. The person who answered the call was unable to help or provide information on order. Person who deals with online orders was again unavailable. No call back. After a third phone call and a message left for the "person who deals with online orders" the goods turned up the following day. Sadly, missing two items. No apology, no refund to date. I just can't be bothered to chase this anymore. Additional comment: I appreciate your response. I understand that things can go wrong and that systems can get overwhelmed. I shop online a great deal and I'm generally very understanding when things don't go to plan, and I very rarely give a bad review. However, like most customers I want to know the status of my order. Has it been received? Is it being processed? Has it shipped? Are any items out of stock? Are there any delays? Good communication can buy you a lot of consideration.

   I am very disappointed with their behaviour with customers. They try to rip off the customer they charge me for 10 kg item and give me 5 kg. When i told them about this mistake then they said you have to pay extra money to get another 5 kg bag. They are arguing with customer.
