I got most of my dead hair cut off which was great but I paid for a shampoo and condition before the haircut and when I left clumps of my hair was coming out so I had to wash my hair again which means there was no real reason to pay for the extra service. Bit of a let down. Never had that happen from a haircut before
made my sister cry because they cut it short when she said not to, they attempted to make it better by curling her hair, another thing she didnt ask for. and then they attempted to charge her EXTRA for the curling. (this was for a SCHOOL BALL the day of)
Very disappointed after taking my 3yo son to West City Sharing shed on Monday the 12th of Feb 24. I asked for short back and sides and gave him the number for that cut, then asked to just tidy to leaving the length. When all was done his hear was crazy sort. I knew I was in trouble with the wife now. So I just wanted to pay and leave. Paying $25 for a quick cut on a 3yo so not worth it. Especially with the poor cut he was given. Won't be going back. The young Asian man might need more training, He would benefit from understand different hair growth styles and patterns. Not all hair are the same that's why hairdresser train right.

The service we received this morning was wonderful. We brought our client in this morning as she wanted to get a haircut and the young lady was wonderful providing a great experience. Definitely reccomend!
Absolutely rubbish service by the asian lady hairdresser! Rude and impatient, equipment was dirty covered in hair. Definitely not going back to this place again.
I had a haircut. Last time the managing lady did a fabulous job. Yesterday, a young man cut my hair and I will go somewhere else now to have it fixed. Not taking the risk again
Wanted just a clean fade, the Asian guy gave me the most average fade ever and when I asked to box it up, he shaved so high it gave me a frikkin five head!! Now I’m embarrassed and have to keep my hair down instead of styled up because he cut it so high. To top it off, $35 buck for that! 24 years experience he reckons and couldn’t even give me what I wanted. Absolutely ridiculous !
