   This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced at any food place in my life. I visited this food court today at 1:30pm. While receiving my food, I politely asked for one extra paper spoon. The woman who appeared to be the owner (no uniform or hat) looked at me with clear disgust and threw the spoon at me as if she were tossing a bone to a dog. She was smiling and friendly when taking the order, but her facial expression completely changed the moment I made a simple request. I was shocked. I don’t expect great service at a food court, but this level of rudeness is unacceptable. Terrible service mindset. You should learn basic customer service from the restaurants next to you. I honestly don’t understand how this place continues to operate with experiences like this.

   Haven't even tried the food yet and glad I didn't after reviewing the reviews. I chose rice and the old Asian lady walks to the side and scooping the leftovers(visually very confident). Good luck with the business.

   I am a regular at Magic Wok, I order the same item "Chicken Nibbles" which is one of my most absolute favourite foods of all time! I have also introduced this item to many of my friends and colleagues as the taste of this item is exceptional. It is on the hot side, so if you cannot handle hot, dont order it! It is amazing though I assure you! Also the team there are lovely and super helpful.

   Utter rubbish, tasteless food, trying to save money on ingredients??? Sweet and sour pork, no taste! Lamb flap was full of very sharp shards of bone don’t feed to kids! No taste either!! Wong tongs all pastry really fingernail size piece of meat, rice tasteless, chicken curry really just a curry colour, avoid at all costs!!

   This is not a racial comment (I have Chinese & Korean Ancestry), but I believe the standard of english the lady that served me may not be up to par. Let me start from the beginning. On Wednesday the 26th of March at around 11:40 am, my daughter & I who are on keto & low carb eating plans, decided we'd have Chinese for lunch as a treat. The food was well presented & it looked fresh so we were looking forward to our meal. After looking through the case at the options, we decided to have an $18.50 plate each ($37 total) I approached the older lady who warmly greeted me & told her my order but I also asked if our noodles/rice could be put in a separate plate or container. The smile vanished from her face & all she could seem to manage was a, no. We can't do that. I was confused so, I explained about our eating plans & reassured her that we still wanted the rice/noodles, we just wanted them in a separate container because we can't eat them (but we would've given them to our dog or something like that). She still said no. I offered to pay for the extra plate or container. She still said no. That told me our money must not be good enough so we left. (The $18.50 plate was for 3 choices on either rice or noodles). Lesson learnt: bring your own container & separate your own food. Or Ask to speak to a senior staff member to confirm the staff is correct. Needless to say, the lack of understanding didn't come to mind until well after. I was too annoyed to ask to speak to senior staff so at the risk of saying something I'd probably regret later, I felt it best to leave.

   The place is in the food court area of the shopping area. It was pretty busy during lunch time so most tables were full. I ordered the vege noodle soup and waited around 15mins for it. Average taste but that's kind of expected through fast food. The staff were alright just quick and easy ordering.

   Horrible service first of all. The lady was grumpy. Didn’t finish my meal and asked for a takeaway container, she told me I had to pay for it. Never have I ever had to pay for a takeaway container before and to top it off she had an attitude about it! Never going back there again.

   If wasn’t for the elderly Asian lady who has better customer service, I would give a Zero star. The younger Asian woman with a dyed blonde hair just beyond terrible service. I ordered a deep fried donut which was very oily of course so the oil soaked the wrap paper straight away. When I ask for a bag just to cover so won’t be ruining my car seat I got told that I need to pay $0.50 extra by the young one. The elderly lady felt sorry for me giving another paper bag for free even didn’t help much but at least sth. The the young one shouted at me immediately will cost $0.50 next time. Even tho, the elderly one told her to be quiet she’s still keep talking … I warned her watch your mouth that this is not the nice way to treat your customers, I’ll make a complaint about it. Anyway, she’s just won’t ‘shut up’ began to say bad things about my Chinese race which was nothing to do with the original issue. Then when they gave the fried noodle I ordered was stingy hot, of course if I want a bag pay $0.50 ofc., I couldn’t be bothered to argue. I did say if I got burnt by your food I will sue you. She refused give me her name, and when I requested to speak to a manager got told there wasn’t any. Next time? There won’t be a ‘next time’! 5pm on 31/03/2023.

   Customer service was horrible portioned really bad too much noodles had 3 choices made of half a spoon each, found only one meat in the chow main and absolutely over priced. Really disappointing experience.

   Sorry but i really advice to not try there, the meal was too salty, the tofu has no taste and is not even cook, the mapu tofu look like a watery soup, looks weird taste awful. I mean, i came to tell to the woman sorry but the meal is really too salty, she was like "Oh we can do with less salt" but i said "sorry its not just that, its really not good, i dont want another one", not many peoples tell them so she maybe has been surprise but she coul have come to see me discretly and propose another choice or to be sorry and propose a refund, but nothing. I was so embarrass and hungry and couldnt pay for another meal... Shame ...
