Recently I called at Repco Upper Hutt & was served by young man named Milo, who went out of his way to help me & go the extra mile. All because of a scratch on my car. Thank you Milo.
Just dropped into your upper hutt store looking for a buffing tool. Was told by a young female shop assistant that you didn't carry them, even though she didn't know what I was looking for in the first place. She told me to go to lower hutt, your website lists it as in stock in upper hutt. Pretty poor service from her. I'll shop elsewhere....
Milo was great, most helpful and knowledgeable Advised what wipers I needed and fitted for me, you are a credit to the team thank you Milo
Part didn’t show up in store for click n collect. Was told I was going to get a refund automatically put through. Nobody did anything, refund only put through after I called their office. Just a waste of time
Bresley (sp?) was super friendly and helpful, and she walked me through the process of replacing the wipers on my car so that I had the knowledge for next time around :)
On the spot people always willing to help We made a phone call to collect some products as we were running late we arrived just in time of closing products on the counter ready for us Gentlemen were friendly and patient with us highly reccomend the service and stock range
These guys saved us today when our Outlander battery decided to give up and left us alone and stranded in countdown car park with two kids under 5. The AA were going to be 90 minutes. Can't beat the customer service and customer centric experience. Top notch and a huge thanks again
Great place for all kinds of tools, 12v connectors and accessories for caravanning. Easy in and easy out, beats having to wrestle the big box hardware stores to find what you need. The staff are top notch in assisting with finding what you are looking for and expert advice.
