   The rooms themselves are quite spacious, the reception staff are efficient but that is where it ends. The restaurant staff are the most inefficient I have ever come across. they are super slow and seem like they have no idea what their doing ?. I watched one staff member stand next to a table full of dirty dishes messaging on her phone for 5 mins before even moving ! carrying her phone around in her apron. These guys are absolute amateurs. Fine to stay in the hotel but i wouldn't eat here !!

   I recently stayed at the Oaks Auckland Hotel with my family and had an absolutely fantastic experience. We booked a junior suite, which was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and perfect for a comfortable family stay. One of the things I really appreciated was the convenience of having a kitchen and dining table inside the room. It made it easy for us to have family dinners together without blowing the budget. There’s also a store (Woolworths) just across the road from the hotel, which was perfect for buying ingredients and meals. Breakfast each morning was very nice as well. Normally, the hotel charges extra for eggs and bacon, and I ordered them every day during my three-night stay. At checkout, the staff let me know they had decided to include all of it at no extra cost. This generous gesture really showed how much they value their guests. I also requested extra towels, and they arrived straight away. The location is another big advantage—only a 10-minute walk to the city centre. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would gladly stay at Oaks Auckland Hotel again if I return to New Zealand. An excellent hotel with fantastic service. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

   Apartment was spacious but noisy due to single glazed windows, although the traffic wasn't too bad at night. Cleanliness was average due to some of the decor being a bit tired. Excellent location if going to an event in Spark Arena, less than 5 minute walk.

   I traveled to NZ to celebrate turning 50. The Oaks was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Absolutely perfect. The front-end staff members were attentive and exceedingly kind. Connor was the first person I interacted with and proved to be an invaluable resource during my week stay at The Oaks property. The staff provided exceptional service and always with a smile and I would like to put their names in lights.... Calen Dylan Ben Conner Willow Avineet Martyn.....Wonderful recommendation on Mad Pot. Delicious. Thanks for making my 50th one to remember

   Staycation here one night for concert. Reception very busy but handled chaos well. Checked in very quickly considering lines of people. Required bed added which was missed of booking. Staff attended to this within 30 minutes. Was in the room made up. Liked the laundry liquid and soaps etc. Washing machine dryer and dishwasher. Location fabulous to Vector and car parking. Near cafes, bars etc. Easy walk to town. Arrived back late to incident onsite required ambulance and fire brigade (no fire) staff handled well, very calm. Great to have 24 hour reception available. Only niggle was room had cooking odor, only little unpleasant. Able to open top windows which helped. Would stay again.

   Best cleanest room iv ever stayed This by far is my favourite and I will be back! No pool or spa but who cares when you get a super clean super pretty comfy room The stuff are polite and very attending I will be back it will be my first choice as I have stayed at a lot off hotels including the cordis. and that’s meant to be better but I’m in-love with this hotel also best location note however is paid parking but who cares really Thank you for a great stay and can’t wait to come back. :)

   Couldn't be better for a Spark Arena event. Staff more than efficient.. for example duty manager Steven A anticipated questions we might have asked like parking and had maps etc ready. Our room was very big. The water pressure for the shower was excellent. It was our first time with this hotel brand. We stayed 2 nights and were very happy thank you.
