Grant and his team moved a spa pool at short notice from Greytown to Carterton. They were very careful and quick. Highly recommended and will definitely use Mr Shifter for next move.
We used Mr Shifter to move our spa, after many companies advised they no longer offer this service. Things didn't quite go to plan for them and so they were a little later getting to us than planned, but they kept us in the loop every step of the way making sure we were still ok with the late delivery. They ended up getting here at 6pm on a Friday night, with huge smiles on their faces, showing no sign at all that they'd had a difficult day. Nothing was a problem and they were so great to deal with. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to move a heavy item such as a spa or pool table that others don't tend to want to touch. Oh and not only did we get fantastic service, but the bill came in under what they quoted.
I had a brilliant experience with Mr Shifter. Grant and his two movers did a great job of transporting my extremely heavy piano (upright grand) into my new house. They managed to devise a way to get it into a hard access entry (involving stairs, wet grass, retaining walls) - even though I gave them a fall-back plan B that would have been much more manageable. They took lots of precautions to keep the instrument and property damage-free. Thanks to your professional team – I am very happy with the result.
